There are a number of prevailing and interesting things going on in the world that might do well to be studied by the major news networks.
The fact that our vice president is potentially going to be indicted for his role in revealing the name of a CIA Agent.
The war in Iraq.
The continued failings of this administration to address the concerns of the people.
Or heck, if they can't cover something of relevance, how about something that isn't infuriating. Like, say, Angelina Jolie. I don't understand personally why anyone would give a shot about how many kids she has or why, who she's fucking or why, anything but how good her next movie will be. BUT, I understand that chicks riff off seeing other chicks who are famous and their travails, so at least I can UNDERSTAND why Angelina Jolie is in the news, even if I don't agree with it.
But why the fuck is the ASSOCIATED PRESS reporting on the contents of Karl Rove's garage.
I'll tell you why. They staked out his house and he wasn't home. His wife raised the garage door to show that he wasn't home. They had to write something. So they wrote a fucking article about the contents of his garage.
They get paid.
I do not.
Consider that.
The contents of Karl Rove's garage on his million dollar house are the most interesting thing your trusted media can come up with, and they wonder why we don't trust them?
